Fees & Insurance

Clear, upfront information so you can make the right decision for your family — no surprises.

Insurance

I am in-network with BCBS PPO. If you don’t have BCBS, my self-pay fee applies, and I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for partial out-of-network reimbursement at your plan’s set rate. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network outpatient mental health benefit. Please note that insurance requires a diagnosis for treatment.

Self-pay fees

  • $200 — 50-minute session

  • $285 — 90-minute extended session

  • $375 — 2-hour extended session

  • Therapy intensives (4+ hours over one or two days) — fee discussed based on your needs

Good Faith Estimate

Under the 2022 No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost if you’re not using insurance. Once we begin services, I’ll email you a Good Faith Estimate outlining the estimated cost of therapy — weekly, biweekly, monthly, and so on — for your informed consent.

Questions about cost? Let’s talk it through.

The free 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure place to ask about fees, insurance, and fit.
