Ways we can work together

Telehealth therapy for women across Illinois. Most of the women I work with see themselves in more than one of these — the consult call is where we figure out the right fit.

  • A woman and a young boy are playing and laughing together on a beige sofa in a bright room with white curtains.

    Therapy for Over-Functioning Moms

When you’re holding it all and quietly running on empty

For capable, caring moms dealing with burnout, resentment, people-pleasing, and high-functioning anxiety.

  • A woman with short brown hair, wearing a white shirt, has her hand on her forehead and appears to be in discomfort or frustration.

    Perimenopause & Midlife

For the season nobody warned you about

Support for perimenopause symptoms, midlife identity shifts, and late-diagnosed ADHD.

  • Close-up of a woman wearing a beige dress with ruffle details, standing outdoors among greenery. The woman is holding her left arm with her right hand. Dappled sunlight creates spots of light and shadow on her dress.

    New & Expecting Moms

From trying to conceive through the first two years

Compassionate support for pregnancy, new motherhood, perinatal loss, and PMDD.

  • A woman with long, dark, curly hair, wearing earrings, a necklace, a sleeveless top, and bracelets, sitting on a bed with a smile while using a tablet.

    Therapy & Consultation for Therapists

For the clinician who doesn’t want bullshit therapy

Your own space to be human, plus non-clinical consultation and mentorship.

You don’t have to pick just one.

A lot of the women I see start in one category and realize they’re living in two or three at once — a midlife mom navigating perimenopause and a late ADHD diagnosis, or a therapist who is also a brand-new mom. The free consultation is where we sort out where to start. There’s no separate “package” for layering — it’s just how the work flows.

Making sure you get the right support

To make sure you get the care you deserve, it’s important to know my focus. I specialize in high-functioning moms, midlife transitions, perimenopause, burnout, and late-diagnosed ADHD. I do not provide the specialized acute care required for active, severe suicidality, eating disorders, or substance abuse. If that’s your current struggle, I’ll happily connect you with the right higher-level resources.

Not sure which fits? Let’s talk.

Free 15-minute consultation. We’ll find the right next step for you, whether that’s working with me or pointing you somewhere better suited.
